Overview

This New School Build is Built to a very high specification and includes Radiant Heaters for heating, Electronic Opening Windows & Roof Vents for Natural Cooling, VRF Air Conditioning Systems for the Science & Art Classrooms, Admin Area, and Kitchen. The Gym is ventilated with opening windows and Extract fans and heated by Electric Heaters on the walls.


Kitchen & Food Tech rooms have 4x Extraction Canopies and Air Conditionng Units, Complete with 2x Air Handling Units supplying makeup air to these zones when the canopies are in operation.
