VRF Refrigerant System, Carbon Monoxide Control, Nitrous Oxide Control, Kitchen Extraction Canopy, Fresh Air System, Dishwasher Canopy and Extraction System.

Overview

New Build for Mainfreight consisted of 1x VRF System for simultaneous heating and cooling from exposed fan coil units in the Reception, Open Plan Office space, Staff Lunchroom and Boardroom. The Staff Lunchroom has 2x Stainless Steel Extraction Canopies over the cooking appliances and dishwasher, complete with makeup air for large capacity meals. The IT room has its own standalone Air Conditioning Unit to maintain temperature of the racks. Extraction Systems in Toilet Areas and Fresh Air Systems to Occupied Spaces. The Freight Terminal has 8x large Extraction fans controlled by Temperature, NO2 & CO sensors to maintain air quality while the Trucks, Trains and Forklifts are working.
